Start-Up in automated Parking Industry

I had the opportunity to work with the start-up for four years. During this time, I was a digital marketing specialist. My focus was social media management and content creation, but I was also in charge of email marketing, video editing, graphic design, and website maintenance.

During my time with them, I started their blog, created long-term email and social media strategies, improved the website’s SEO, and maintained it. Without an ad budget, we decided to focus on creating content for organic social and educate people on what the tech was about and the benefits for commercial developers, sustainable building designers, and the cities. 

In addition to that, I created blog content to answer common questions asked by potential clients and the like. The blog post was in collaboration with me and their automated parking experts.. These were then converted into videos for YouTube. Here are some of the accomplishments during my time there:

  • The newsletter had an open rate of 25-28%.
  • Increased LinkedIn following organically by 109%
  • Generated leads organically through social
  • Increased Instagram following organically by 489%
  • Increased traffic to site organically by 2000%

working in Cybersecurity

I worked as a social media manager contractor for five years with this cybersecurity company. During my time with them, we grew their social media following and engagement.

My focus was to create social media content based on their website’s content and to match their ideal audience. I worked with the internal marketing team to match the voice and goals of the company.

Some of the work I created was Tweets, Memes, Document Posts, Instagram Reels, Link Posts, and Polls. I focused on LinkedIn and Twitter and created content for Instagram and Facebook, although those were not our main focus.

We had steady organic growth on social and engagement growth by 150% in 2022. We consistently grew all of our accounts since 2017.
